The original wire frames were laid down in Photoshop, but it languished in my hard drive while I finished Thread of Valor.

Then I acquired Corel.

At this time I have no intention to re-paint either Introduction or even the early panels of Love. I am aware of how obvious the shift in technique and skill is, but at this time I am preserving that record of progress. I am intentionally limiting my color range, and leaning heavily on the oils brushes. I discovered the impressionist brush rather late in this page, but I rather like it for handling the background quickly.

Critique is encouraged: I am learning how to work with these programs and the intent of this meme is to challenge myself to acquire more skills. Please, help me learn!
