Digital painting, based on a personal photograph taken at the landmark, Pops, on Route 66 in Arcadia, Oklahoma.
I'm learning how to use a training-wheels version of corel painter, toodling around painting up old sketches and photographs to figure out the tools and such. I figure it's a good way to learn the program: I'm really excited about some of the things I've been able to produce so far. But... can anyone tell me why smeary round oils insists on being full of white paint? Or why digital water color doesn't understand the colors of.. er... dark? Prints available upon request, up to 11x14. |
